received the prestigious "Accommodation Times Man of the
Year" Award at a glittering ceremony held at the Nehru Centre, Worli in Mumbai on 24th Feb 2008. The award was presented
to him at the 23rd Annual Awards function of Accommodation
Times , which was bestowed upon him for his tireless and
visionary efforts for the improvement and change for excellence
brought about in various fields of REAL ESTATE for the
year 2008, on all India level. The award was
presented by Hormusji N. Cama, President, Indian Newspaper
Society & Chairman, Mumbai Samachar and Murari Chaturvedi, Editor,
Accommodation Times in the presence of chief Guest of the
evening Dr. Jayraj Pathak, Municpal Commissioner, Mumbai, guest
speaker, Niranjan Hiranandani, Architect Premnath and President of Bai
