"Kumar Group" was founded on 15th August, 1966 by the Late Shri. K. H. Oswal, a first generation entrepreneur, with a vision to enter into a core sector business, housing construction, which had an immense potential was the obvious choice at that time.

In more than last 41 years, the Organization has grown from strength to strength striving hard to transform that vision into reality. Today the company's name has become synonymous with the quality Construction business in Pune, Mumbai , Hyderabad , Panchgani & Bangalore.
